Where we ship
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on orders over $80 USD.
- Orders under $80 USD: flat-rate standard shipping of $4.80 USD.
Delivery times
Standard shipping typically arrives within 5-10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, sale periods or due to carrier delays.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package. Items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
Duties and taxes
Any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in over 10 business days, or your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at oliverawear@gmail.com and we'll help.
