Where we ship
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
Free shipping
Orders of $100 USD or more ship free. For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
Delivery time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7–15 days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, holidays and weather.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package. If your order includes several items, they may arrive in separate packages.
Duties and taxes
Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. In some cases, import duties or fees may be charged by your country's customs authority on delivery; these are the responsibility of the customer.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at oliverawear@gmail.com and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at oliverawear@gmail.com and we'll help locate it.
