Where do you ship?
We ship to Canada and the United States.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 7–15 days after shipping. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders of $100 USD or more ship free.
How do I track my order?
We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also view your orders by signing in to your account.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
If you order several items, they may ship separately. Your tracking email will include every package.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us at oliverawear@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
How do I start a return?
Email oliverawear@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll send you instructions.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

How do I find my size?
Each product page includes size and fit details. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us and we'll help you choose.
Will the colour look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to show colours accurately, but they can look slightly different depending on your screen.

All available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in US dollars.
